Client: B.O., 2025, Sokal , Completed.

This 356 m² modern villa in Lviv, Ukraine, was designed for a family of four. The six-metre-high living area, with its integrated kitchen and dining space and strong connection to the garden, offers both comfort and spaciousness. The combination of wood composite, ceramic and plaster facades with solar panels creates a sustainable and contemporary architectural character.

A striking villa design that rejects being ordinary with its modern style and lines has been created.
An eye-catching facade design has been achieved with extensive glass surfaces and curved edge lines.
Indirect lighting has been provided at night through lights filtering from beneath the layered facades on the front and side.
The modern identity of the structure was strongly emphasized with approximately 6-meter-long LED lighting at the corner point.
The parking problem has been eliminated with 2 closed and 2 open car garages.
Technical areas were gathered in the least used part of the building, i.e., the rear facade.
An open-air seating area was designed in the garden.

The dining area was designed to continue the effect of the high ceiling.

The counter area was increased with an island design within the kitchen.
A balcony design serving the master bedroom and directly relating to the front garden was created.
A terrace design directly relating to the front garden was created. The relationship between the two spaces was strengthened with wide steps.
The staircase design was considered as a special design area in the center of the structure.
The doors used in the interior were intended to be emphasized as design elements, and wood details appearing to extend to the ceiling were added.
An interior balcony overlooking the living and dining areas was designed on the upper floor corridor.
The laundry room was completed with spacious cabinet designs to meet many of the villa's needs.
