The project combines accommodation units, communal areas and landscaping. Located 500 metres from the sea, the terraced structure adapts to the slope of the land while its façade reflects a modern interpretation of traditional bay windows. Brown and white tones stand out in harmony with nature. The nine-storey complex offers a peaceful and comfortable living experience with its various amenities, including private rooms on the upper floors, a restaurant, a pool and sports areas.

For the accommodation structure, a tiered and modern architectural design has been aimed for in a location close to the sea.
Traditional bay windows have been reinterpreted with a modern touch, blending brown and white facade tones.
A 9-story complex structure containing social areas such as pool and restaurant areas, sports areas, and parks has been designed.
A terraced building design has been worked on, considering the land slope and sea view.
