This 2+1 apartment features a design that prioritises comfort and functionality. The living area and TV wall are ergonomically planned. The coffee corner, located at the intersection of the kitchen and living room, offers a pleasant socialising area. The wardrobe area in the bedroom is separated into a distinct space, ensuring the bed area remains hidden from view upon entering. The study is designed with sliding furniture, allowing it to be converted into a children's room in the future.
