This project involves converting a ground-floor flat in an apartment building located in Beşiktaş Çırağan for rental purposes. The main objective of the work is to renovate the existing space and transform it into a functional and efficient area of use. In line with the property owner's goal of achieving maximum efficiency at minimum cost, a practical design approach has been developed, favouring readily available, off-the-shelf, and economical products in the interior design process.

The wall between the living room and the dining area was removed to create a more spacious effect in the living room. A cabinet was designed to hide the boiler and installation pipes remaining in the middle of the living room.

In the living room, existing furniture was utilized, and a spacious and natural atmosphere was created using wallpapers and brown-green tones.

The design language from the living room was continued in the bedroom; monotony in the space was broken with wallpaper use.

Due to the kitchen's small size, the refrigerator was positioned in the dining area. A red retro model was chosen, treating the white good as a decorative element.

The dining area is located at the center of the apartment, and transition to all spaces is provided through this area.

Since the kitchen occupies a limited area, walls were removed to transform it into an open kitchen concept for more spacious and functional use.
