Restoration Concept

We determine an approach strategy and intervention principles within the framework of conservation science for interventions on a historical building. We create a framework for how deteriorated parts of the structure will be repaired, how additions will be made, and how modern needs will be met. For investors, contractors, architects, and property owners, we clarify the philosophy and boundaries of the restoration project. This concept serves as a guiding document in negotiations with the Conservation Board and in the preparation of the final project.
