Structural As-Built

We detect changes made to the structural project during construction (e. g. , column relocation, beam modification) and prepare the final structural project reflecting the building's actual, constructed state. These "As-built" projects are the technical archive record of the building's real condition. For investors and property owners, we obtain the official documents to be used in the building's deed, occupancy permit, and insurance processes. We provide contractors with this final documentation required for project handover. The as-built structural project will also be the single reliable source for any future strengthening or intervention work.
