We prepare all necessary mechanical projects and technical specifications to obtain permits from the municipality and relevant authorities. This includes heating, fire protection, plumbing, and ventilation projects, along with relevant engineering calculations and legends compliant with regulations. We manage this legally mandatory process for investors and property owners. We produce feasible mechanical projects for contractors and architects that do not clash with other disciplines. All our projects are prepared in compliance with the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) process.
