Mechanical As-Built

We mark the final state of the mechanical installation implemented on site on the project and prepare the final "As-built" mechanical projects. We document the actual locations and connections of pipe lines, valves, air handling units, and all other equipment in these projects. For investors and property owners, these documents showing the building's utility inventory are vital for maintenance, repair, and potential breakdowns. We provide contractors with the necessary document to complete the technical part of the handover. As-built mechanical projects are a technical guide that will be used throughout the entire life of the building.
